The restaurant is located in the same parking space with Hyatt Hotel. The restaurant will validate our guests parking ticket that day. Our guests will need to get a ticket from the parking lot and the restaurant will stamp on it. The parking is free for our guests that day.

Hi, ladies,
I got more and more responses from our alumnae who is interested in attending our party-after-party. This is a very casual event. However besides fun, there is lot of work to do.
Attached please find the most updated list. I got an e mail from Li Ping Kung regarding there will be 10 people from Jin Hwa Middle School will join our party. All together our total head count is almost 80 persons. I probably need to ask the restaurant to give us a bigger and roomy space for such a big group.
More people, more work. Please, please double check the list and contact the one you know. The restaurant requests me to give them the roughly total participants one week before.
Since the payment I receive is much less than the participants I have on the list. Personally I have no problem to collect the money when they arrive. However there can not be a big difference between the actual participants and the number I give to the restaurant.
I do not have a team to work for me for the party-after-party. You are all my helpers.
I need all your help.
One more thing, next time when you send me a list please include their ID number. I checked them one by one till midnight. It makes me old and ugly when you see me next time. My husband thinks I am going to be out of my mind.
